steetVisitors to the apartment who’ve previously travelled to New York will undeniably have their deja-vu moments at first glance of the building. Narrow balconies hovering over the street and the building façade hugging the footpath intensifies that metropolis feeling.

On arrival, guests are met just outside the building and are provided with a short instructional tour on how to locate the room and use the facilities. The 904 Penthouse apartment features a long open plan living, kitchen and dining area, accommodating a 4 seater dining table, 4 seater leather lounge and pull out sofa. While the furnishings are quirky and sophisticated, the most notable aspect of the accommodation is that it leaves you with a sense of sitting and chilling in your very own apartment. A generous size balcony provides views across the Eastern edge of Melbourne CBD including magnificent views of Parliament House.

The bedroom is enormous with ample storage space for an entire family. A regular sized queen bed sits between black and white finishings that leave a classic and sophisticated feel. To continue with the New York inspired theme that is prevalent throughout the experience, a Manhattan Island art piece sits atop the bed head. Floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom also provide extensive views across the CBD and straight onto Parliament House.
